First call recruitment

Rachel Fleming has assisted me with a number of senior interim placements both at Comtec and in previous roles. The reason that my first phone call in the recruitment process is made to Rachel is that she takes the time to not only understand the requirements of the role, but she also always works hard to understand the culture of the company and the team environment, and she focuses on giving me quality candidates rather than a mass volume of cv's to read. In effect, she acts as my first interview stage and candidates from Rachel almost always make my short list for the job. In filling a recent role for an interim Financial Controller, other agencies submitted well over a dozen cv's whereas Rachel gave me an honest assessment and submitted just one candidate - who got the job.
