Working for a growing construction business this role reports into the Group Financial Controller. Due to the expansion of the business and its associated companies there is an need for a part qualified accountant to work within a small but established team. Our client is needing someone who is looking to finish their exams and grow into the role, so they would be able to cover for the Financial Controller. Duties will include the production of management accounts, analysing significant variances against budget and forecast for a number of limited companies. Quarterly VAT returns, management of the sales ledgers for all companies, contract costing and assisting in the audit files and financial statements are to name but a few of the tasks at hand.
