The firms commercial strategy is to further exploit their impressive client base with a view to expanding on the range of services provided to those clients. The purpose of this role is to assist the firm in achieving and maintaining IS09001 accreditation and managing risk by developing evaluation criteria, organising and managing evaluations and reporting against performance quality standards and risk factors set by both the firm and client's key performance indicators. This role will be undertaken on a home enabled flexible working basis. Work will be carried out between the firm's national locations or at home, and can be full (35 hours per week) or part time (minimum 16.5 hours and maximum 28 hours per week), depending on the firm's requirements and the individual contract of employment. If part time, flexibility on working days and hours will be required by the employee.
