Working for a key employer in Gloucester, this role will initially be for a period of 3 months covering maternity. The purpose of the role will be to analyse, report and communicate on business activity costs within the Group. You will develop techniques, systems and procedures to support continuous improvement and manage all transfer pricing costs.
Your key duties will include producing detailed cost analysis reports to support rolling forecasts, agree and control production of budgets, optimise effectiveness and efficiencies of indirect charging, manage transfer pricing and support annual production of business end to end costs.
To be considered, you will be a qualified accountant with in-depth knowledge of cost accounting and transfer charging methodologies. You will have excellent communication skills and be able to work under severe time constraints within a technically demanding environment. Financial services exposure would be beneficial and extensive experience of spreadsheet, database and modelling applications are a necessity.
