Our client, a not for profit organisation that has gone through a period of positive change, is currently looking to recruit a Senior Financial Accountant into its growing team. Reporting into the Finance Director, this role will involve business partnering where both strong interpersonal and communication skills are key. Acting as the lead on the development and maintenance of robust financial systems and procedures, it is essential that you have a strong background in financial modelling. This role will lead and manage a team of 3 who are responsible for budgeting, monitoring and reporting on expenditure. It is imperative that candidates applying have a professional accountancy qualification (ACA/ACCA/CIMA/CIPFA) and must be able to display a proven track record in an accounting environment in the public sector, with experience of operations at a senior level.
