Are you looking for that move into industry from professional practice? This newly created role for a newly qualified accountant will join a rapidly growing SME in Swindon. This role is being recruited with succession planning in mind and is purely as a result of the companies growth and on going desire to expand.
Key Responsibilities within this Newly Qualified Accountants role will be:
* Production of monthly management accounts including accruals, prepayments, balance sheet reconciliations, analysis and review with cost centre managers
* Preparation of monthly Management Information pack for Senior Management. To include Sales, HR, and Fleet analysis as well as the Management Accounts
* Help develop and maintain forecasting model
Change processes to enable faster month-end
*Develop and oversee Cash flow forecast model
* Monthly payroll. Maintenance of standing data on Sage Payroll and upload of monthly salary files.
* Maintenance of company car data. Payroll year-end routines (inc P11D)
This is an opportunity to join an expanding business at a time of significant change in the Finance department, based in Swindon. The right candidate will have a real impact on both the department and the wider business. To be considered for this role, you will be a qualified accountant ( ACCA, ACA) coming straight from professional practice. There is a competitive basic salary of £30,000 - £35,000 dependent upon experience, plus benefits.
