This role is working for practice whose fee income has continued to grow organically during the past 12 months to over £13.4m and who continue to occupy a strong position within the UK's Top 40 National firms. As a firm this client has developed a number of niche areas of specialism’s and this role is within the legal team.
With a need to add additional depth of experience in taxation to ensure that further growth can be achieved within the firm there is now a need to bring in a Tax Manager to specialise in Partnerships, LLPs, and Limited Companies. The role offers the potential for significant development, and also the opportunity to develop a client portfolio, with possible partner progression. Supervising a team of 5 key duties will include:
The smooth and consistent delivery of tax compliance and planning services to clients
Business development work, including the writing of articles for inclusion in the in-house newsletter
Press Releases and presentations to potential clients will also be key.
Key skills and type of experience
ACA/ACCA qualified with proven experience of professional practices in both accounts and taxation.
CTA desirable, otherwise a strong tax knowledge/experience generally
Business development and Client management skills
