A leading international manufacturing organisation based in Swindon is seeking to appoint an exceptional Finance Manager. A key figure in it`s industry, this pioneering business is set to grow significantly in coming years through the delivery of new product lines into a growing market. As a member of the senior management team, the Finance Manager will actively contribute to both operational and strategic thinking across all cash and banking functions.
Key accountabilities will include managing a direct team of 5; seek to constantly improve the cash and banking function, by designing and implementing best practice within the department; manage cash and liquidity, coordinate funding and debt management in the EMEA region, drive improvements in understanding various business/ financial risks, drive process improvements in transactional team delivery within the function.
Suitably qualified, you will have strong evidence of international treasury management and cash/banking initiatives. The ability to manage multi-site teams would be useful as would a business knowledge of a European language.
