Jo Ostrowski – Manager – Jo has in excess of ten years Accountancy recruitment experience within the South West. Throughout this time she has specialised in temporary, interim and contract recruitment at all levels of the market from Purchase Ledger Clerk through to Finance Director and Interim Consultants. Having won a number of preferential suppliers, Jo and her team recruit for most of the key employers in the South West market including FTSE100, SME’s and OMB’s.
Leesa Mortemore – Managing Consultant - In excess of ten years Financial and Accountancy recruitment nationwide which includes three years of managing the Professional Practice Division for a large PLC business. Leesa initially specialised in the temporary, interim and contract market. With a proven track record in the South West Leesa now concentrates on the Senior Finance Market. Non-sector specific, Leesa is responsible for the provision of a complete recruitment solution including search and contingency.
Rachel Fleming – Managing Consultant – With ten years in Financial and Accountancy recruitment nationwide, Rachel initially specialised in qualified permanent recruitment for a number of years. She now concentrates on temporary and interim markets within Commerce and Industry. Recent experience has included two start-up projects within the South West for both listed and privately owned concerns.
Jo Poole - Permanent Consultant - Jo joined the Resourcing Team at Hewitson Walker Bristol having previously worked for a recruitment company in a back office role. Her first ten months with Hewitson Walker were spent developing the candidate database by registering new applicants and proactively sourcing and placing new talent at a transactional to part-qualified level. Jo has now progressed to the role of Consultant within the permanent division of the Bristol team, again specialising at a transactional to part-qualified level
Matt Cocks - Consultant - Matt has worked within the specialist recruitment field for the past six years covering both temporary and permanent accountancy roles. His technical knowledge and his understanding of client requirements allows him to find the best solution for his clients financial recruitment needs. Having worked within the South West market for a number of years, his knowledge of both client and candidate markets is second to none.
Resourcing Team - Rachel Cook is a dedicated Candidate Resourcer for the Hewitson Walker Bristol team. Working alongside the consultants, they are responsible for registering new applicants and proactively sourcing new talent for our clients. They operate as the point of contact for candidates keeping them informed of new opportunities and changes in the market.
